Role Responsibilities:

Work closely with teachers and intervention teams to support students needing sign language assistance Assist learners during lessons, transitions, and daily routines, promoting understanding and engagement Be an encouraging advocate for student independence and participation Foster a positive and inclusive classroom climate, respecting individual differences and promoting self-confidence Communicate regularly and effectively with colleagues regarding student needs and progress
