Job Description

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement age-appropriate early childhood lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Engage children in activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Reinforce established classroom routines and positive behavior management strategies. Assist in observing and documenting student progress and behavioral milestones. Support parent-teacher communication and the preparation of progress reports. Uphold all school health, hygiene, and safety protocols. Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs and developmental levels. Attend required staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops. Qualifications 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in a preschool or child care learning facility is required. DHS training.
Pay:
