Requirements Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, and early intervention strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development methods such as Montessori or other early childhood education frameworks. Experience caring for toddlers and infants with an understanding of toddler care practices. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that promote positive social interactions. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures related to early childhood education and literacy assessment tools. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; additional training in child welfare or physical education is a plus.
