Job Description
In this role, one will support a classroom teacher by ultimately ensuring the effective delivery of instruction to all students. This includes preparing materials, assisting with lesson delivery, monitoring student behavior, providing individual or small group support to students, and helping to maintain a positive learning environment. Responsibilities may include preparing the classroom, taking attendance, grading assignments, and communicating with parents regarding students' progress.
