In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to create a safe, engaging, and loving environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your positive energy and commitment to childhood development will inspire curiosity, foster social skills, and promote early learning experiences that set the foundation for future success. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote early childhood education and development Support children with their activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Help with classroom management by maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the day Engage children in age-appropriate play, educational activities, and social interactions to encourage growth and learning Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and needs to inform teaching strategies and parent communications Support with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other caregiving responsibilities in accordance with health and safety guidelines Participate in ongoing training related to first aid, special education needs, working with individuals with disabilities, and behavior management techniques Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with children in daycare settings or similar environments such as babysitting or nannying Familiarity with classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently and respond effectively to emergencies Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and professionalism Join us in creating joyful learning experiences that empower children to explore their world confidently!
