This role involves supporting classroom instruction, assisting students with diverse needs, and collaborating with educators to create an inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children,communication and classroom management skills. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys in a supportive and dynamic setting. Duties Support students wit instructional materials and participate in classroom activities. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques and support students in developing social skills. Collaborate regularly with other professionals . Handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Support preschool or toddler care activities as needed, fostering early childhood development and literacy skills. Skills Experience working with children.
