The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes early childhood development. This role involves educating young children through engaging activities, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and preparing them for future educational experiences. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Educate children in foundational subjects such as literacy, math, and social skills through interactive activities. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and developmental milestones. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Incorporate special education strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs within the classroom. Participate in curriculum development to enhance educational offerings and ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and creativity. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments. Qualifications A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. Familiarity with literacy education techniques and curriculum development strategies. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
