Job Description

We are currently seeking professional, energetic, and compassionate Preschool Assistants to join our dedicated team for the 2026-2027 school year. Open positions are available in our Two's Class, Three's Class, and Pre-K classrooms. These positions support our teaching staff in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. The ideal candidates will have a passion for early childhood education, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, classroom activities, and daily routines. Candidates should be dependable, positive, team-oriented, and committed to helping young children learn and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, supervision, and daily routines. Support the emotional, social, and developmental needs of young children. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
Requirements:
A genuine love for working with young children is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependability, patience, and a positive attitude. If you are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you. Bring driver's license and social security card. Applicants must be 18 years old and have HS diploma or GED. This is a full time position with benefits. This is also a 12 month position and does not follow the school schedule. Experience in a childcare setting is preferred. We will not schedule an interview unless you have actually applied at our office.
