Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with lesson planning and implementing educational activities that promote literacy, math, and social skills. Support classroom management by helping maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive environment for children of diverse abilities. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and early childhood development. Provide attentive childcare, including toddler care and behavior management, ensuring each child's safety and well-being. Collaborate with teachers to support students with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism or other developmental challenges. Help monitor classroom behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies to foster respectful interactions. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to support educational goals and address individual needs. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development, and classroom management techniques. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is a strong plus. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students. Technical proficiency in educational tools or classroom technology is desirable. Ability to work well in a team environment alongside experienced educators and support staff. Passion for teaching preschoolers and supporting their growth through engaging lesson planning and hands-on activities.
