Join our dedicated team at Montessori of Cedar Park, a Montessori school committed to the holistic development of young children. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Infant Teacher Assistant to join our Infant program. In this role, you will work alongside a lead teacher to create a peaceful, engaging, and safe environment for our youngest learners.
Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in maintaining a Montessori-prepared environment Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and napping routines Engage in respectful and responsive interactions with infants Observe and support each child's individual development Help with classroom organization and cleaning tasks Communicate effectively with team members and occasionally with families
Qualifications:
Experience working with infants in a childcare or classroom setting preferred A warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Strong communication skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
