ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Works under general supervision to provide clerical assistance to campus faculty and staff in a variety of campus environments.
Answers inquiries and communicates with a variety of employees, callers and visitors in a courteous manner.
Prepares and processes documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, mail, records, forms and reports.
Maintains office, employee and/or student files.
Orders and maintains supplies as requested.
Accomplishes tasks using office equipment and computer software including, but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
Participates in staff development as requested.
Supervises students as needed throughout the school day inside and outside the classroom.
Maintains confidentiality concerning student records.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
