Job Description
Alianza Preschool is seeking dedicated Assistant Teachers and Substitute Teachers to support our educational team in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children (ages 3 months to 5 years). The ideal candidate will help facilitate daily activities and promote social, emotional, and academic development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and learning activities.
- Support children in developing social skills and positive behavior.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and fostering a love for learning.
