Position Overview:

Dawson ISD is seeking a motivated and dedicated Teacher / Head Baseball / Asst.

Football / Asst

. Basketball Coach to join our team. This position includes teaching CTE Business courses along with coaching responsibilities in multiple boys athletic programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student success both in the classroom and in athletics.

Key Responsibilities:

-Teach CTE Business courses in alignment with TEKS and district expectations-Create an engaging and structured classroom environment that promotes student learning-Serve as Head Baseball Coach-Assist with football and basketball programs as assigned-Plan, organize, and supervise practices, games, and athletic events-Promote teamwork, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship among student-athletes-Collaborate with coaching staff, administration, and faculty to support student success-Maintain communication with students, parents, and staff-Uphold district policies, UIL regulations, and professional standardsHow to
