To guide and develop children on a daily basis in a loving, caring, and gentle way. DUTIES
- Ensure Minimum Standards compliance
- Ensure fire safety compliance
- Ensure health department standards compliance
- Maintain parent relations
- Maintain classroom equipment and environment in an orderly manner
- Develop and motivate children
- Increase enrollment
- Any necessary cleaning duties of any area of a facility More Specifically… ~ Must assist any teacher who needs help, NO

~ Maintain ratios; if the teacher you are helping goes into ratio with one teacher present please inform management. ~ When assigned to a classroom and the lead teacher nor assistant teacher are not present, you are responsible for health checks, safety checks, daily reports, any accident or illness reports, and following lesson plans.
