To guide and develop children on a daily basis in a loving, caring, and gentle way. DUTIES
  • Ensure Minimum Standards compliance
  • Ensure fire safety compliance
  • Ensure health department standards compliance
  • Maintain parent relations
  • Maintain classroom equipment and environment in an orderly manner
  • Develop and motivate children
  • Increase enrollment
  • Any necessary cleaning duties of any area of a facility More Specifically… ~ Must assist any teacher who needs help, NO
EXCEPTIONS.
~ Maintain ratios; if the teacher you are helping goes into ratio with one teacher present please inform management. ~ When assigned to a classroom and the lead teacher nor assistant teacher are not present, you are responsible for health checks, safety checks, daily reports, any accident or illness reports, and following lesson plans. (In the event you cannot locate lesson plans notify management immediately).
