DRIVER GOAL
To insure the children that use our transportation at
FLYING COLORS
are safe in our vehicles and arrive at their destination on time. Drivers should always drive the speed limit and observe all other traffic and warning signs. Drivers should make sure their scheduled runs are timely and provide opportunity for parent communication. DUTIES Drive safely at all times Insure Minimum Standards are met for the daycare and the state of Texas Have current Texas Driver's license and good driving record Insure maintenance of vans and report problems immediately Keep logs complete and current Schedule changes as needed Other duties as required

Team player Able to organize time Work commitment Efficient Verbal / Written skills Genuine love for children Responsible SKILLS Bilingual preferred (Spanish) Ability to handle difficulty encounters with children and parents Good communication skills
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalence
GENERAL INFORMATION
Damage to any vehicles is the responsibility of the driver of the van Turn in your complete new copies of your runs to the Director every Friday Be sure to tell Director immediately of absent children from home pick up or school pick up as well.
