Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Assistant Teacher to support our 3-6-year-old classroom. This role involves assisting the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment. The position requires availability to work as a closer, with a schedule extending until 6:00 PM Responsibilities Support the Lead Teacher in implementing Montessori curriculum (literacy, math, and practical life). Assist with classroom management, routines, and material preparation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Communicate professionally with parents and collaborate with staff. Experience Requirement High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience working with children ages 3-6 preferred. Basic understanding of Montessori philosophy or willingness to learn. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
