Job Description

Montessori School in Flower Mound is seeking for Full Time Toddler Assistant Teacher .
Job Summary:
Flower Mound Montessori is looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team! This full-time role is perfect for someone who could support our Lead Teacher in guiding young children (ages 18 months to 3 years) through Montessori-inspired activities and routines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities, including hands-on learning and Montessori-based exercises. Provide diaper-changing support and maintain hygiene standards. Cultivate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for each child's growth and development. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 and a HS diploma required. Passion for working with young children and an understanding of toddler developmental needs. Prior experience in a childcare setting or Montessori environment is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
