We are seeking a dedicated and versatile team member who is passionate about early childhood education and looking to grow into a leadership or administrative role within our dynamic school community.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, communicative, and adaptable individual to serve as our Office Assistant & Floater Teacher . This unique hybrid role combines administrative support with classroom engagement, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aspires to grow into a management position.Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Assist the school director with daily office tasks and parent communication Answer phone calls, manage emails, and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth Help maintain student records, schedules, and documentation Support enrollment, tours, and event coordination Track attendance and supply inventoryClassroom Support:
Step into classrooms as needed to support lead teachers and maintain student-teacher ratios Provide nurturing supervision to children from infants to kindergarten-age Assist with classroom transitions, outdoor activities, and meal/snack times Maintain a safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate learning environmentQualifications:
Previous experience in a childcare or preschool setting (Montessori experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with a positive attitude and flexibility High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or CDA preferred) Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirementsGrowth Opportunity:
