Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum development Support classroom management by maintaining a positive environment that encourages social skills, behavior management, and childhood development Engage with children during activities such as storytime, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and structured lessons to promote early intervention and learning readiness Help with care routines including diapering, feeding, and ensuring safety during indoor and outdoor activities Collaborate with educators to adapt lesson plans for children with special education needs or requiring additional support in early childhood education Foster effective communication with children, parents, and team members to promote child welfare and a cohesive classroom atmosphere Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to inclusive early childhood education CDA is preferred Join us in shaping bright futures by supporting young learners in an energetic and inclusive environment!
