Full Job Description Position Description:
Part-time afternoon position responsible for greeting parents and visitors, managing the sign-out/ pick up process of students, assisting with the preparation of crafts. The Program Assistant is responsible for several administrative tasks such as administering late fees, keeping files organized, and maintaining a general awareness of after-school operations. The Program Assistant reports to the Campus Coordinator and assists them with any necessary tasks.

Qualifications:
Some college preferred, experience with children, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by their start date. Must complete Texas Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance and background check.
Physical functions:
Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to move or position equipment up to 50 pounds approximately. Great Hearts Texas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
