Skills Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork within the classroom setting. Ability to implement classroom routines efficiently while fostering a warm learning environment. Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety protocols such as first aid and CPR certification. familiarity with childhood development milestones is preferred. Skills in teaching physical education activities that promote motor skills development among young children. enthusiasm for working with toddlers or preschoolers is essential.
