Job Description

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment. ```Duties```
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool-aged children
  • Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods and strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
  • Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and address challenging behaviors
  • Assess the progress of each child and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians regarding their child's development
  • Collaborate with other teachers, staff members, and parents to ensure the overall well-being and success of each child
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other necessary documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education ```Skills```
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
  • Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Knowledge of literacy education strategies for young children
  • Familiarity with curriculum development for preschool-aged children
  • Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
  • Experience with early intervention techniques for children with special needs
