Job Description
```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment. ```Duties```
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool-aged children
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods and strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and address challenging behaviors
- Assess the progress of each child and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians regarding their child's development
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff members, and parents to ensure the overall well-being and success of each child
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other necessary documentation
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education ```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective classroom management skills
- Knowledge of literacy education strategies for young children
- Familiarity with curriculum development for preschool-aged children
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
- Experience with early intervention techniques for children with special needs
