Requirements We Prefer Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, especially within preschool or toddler care environments. Knowledge of early childhood education practices including curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention methods, and childhood development instruction. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in mandated reporting laws is essential. Demonstrated ability to create inclusive learning environments that support child welfare and promote positive social interactions.
