Job Overview hours 10:30a-2:30p or 2:30p-6:30p We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Part-Time School Support Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. In this role, you will support classroom activities, assist with lesson planning, and help create an engaging learning environment that promotes growth, literacy, math skills, and social development. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children, contribute to their early childhood development, and support classroom management in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in developing and implementing curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and library services Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior and conflict resolution among students Help prepare instructional materials and utilize learning technology tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) for lesson delivery and tracking progress Work directly with children of various ages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and students with special needs or disabilities Support early childhood development activities that promote social-emotional skills, motor skills, and academic growth Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to active learning Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members regarding student progress and classroom activities Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred Classroom experience in preschool or early childhood education environments is highly valued Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment strategies for young learners is advantageous Familiarity with learning technology platforms such as LMS systems is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is desirable Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior and implement conflict management strategies Join us in making a meaningful difference in young learners' lives!
