We're looking for a caring, energetic, and creative Toddler Teacher who can turn everyday moments into meaningful learning experiences while creating a classroom full of smiles, curiosity, and fun. What You'll Do Create and implement exciting, hands-on activities that encourage learning through play. Read stories, sing songs, dance, build, paint, and explore alongside our curious toddlers. Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported. Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through age-appropriate experiences. Build strong relationships with families and work collaboratively with an amazing team of educators. Keep your classroom organized, engaging, and full of opportunities for discovery. Adhere to Texas Rising Star guidelines and expectations We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves working with toddlers and has a warm, positive attitude. Is patient, dependable, and ready to make every day special. Enjoys being active, creative, and engaged throughout the day. Has experience in childcare or early childhood education (preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!). Meets state licensing requirements and can pass a background check.
