Blanding Elementary School Qualifications Associate degree or 48 semester hours of college credit required. The Paraprofessional Praxis Exam is available for interested candidates that do not meet these qualifications. Must work well with students. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to) Work under the direction of the school principal to provide intervention and support for students. May work with students across multiple grade levels in small groups of 1 on 1 support. Salary Classified Salary Schedule Range 11: $18.42 hour.
