Club Ability - Program Assistant

The One Utah Service Fellowship is an AmeriCorps program that provides opportunities for young adults to participate in sustainable and high-impact service, addressing the critical priorities and needs in Utah while supporting debt-free pathways to higher education. Club Ability addresses the lack of accessible tech programs for underserved families and individuals with special needs in Utah. This innovative platform enables families to collaboratively explore technology—ranging from video games and animation to 3D modeling and audiovisual design.

Job Summary:

• This position is 14 hours per week for 12 months
• Minimum of 675 hours Responsibilities may include:
• Creating and managing email and SMS marketing communications
• Supporting STEM-related trainings, workshops, or outreach sessions for teachers and volunteers
• Designing or supporting tools to measure program impact
• Translating materials or facilitating bilingual outreach
• Supporting the coordination of community events, workshops, or resource fairs
• Creating and scheduling content for awareness and engagement
• Create engaging videos and posts using Canva and CapCut. Schedule and publish content through Metricool
• Share relevant information across Facebook groups and WhatsApp groups to maximize reach and engagement

Eligibility Requirements:

Be 17 years of age or older Have a high school diploma or GED Pass State & Federal background checks Be a U.S. Citizen, National, or Legal Permanent Resident Member benefits and details:

• Fellow will receive a living allowance twice monthly of $293.48
• Upon completion, successful fellows earn an education award of $2,817.14 which can be used for education costs up to cost of attendance or for eligible student loan repayment
