Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Tumbling Program Manager who has ENERGY, ABITION, VISION, and loves working with KIDS! Someone with previous management and coaching experience preferred. The Peak offers tumbling instruction in a fun and safe environment. A place where kids can learn life, social, and active all at the same time.
Hours vary by season:
Day and evening during the summer and after school September - May. Paid office/planning hours based upon enrollment numbers
Job Expectations:
Assist Tumbling Program Manager to ensure lesson cohesion, progress, and safety are included in each class. Oversee and grow the Ninja Monkey Parkour program of 80+ athletes. Implement progressions, and, meet monthly enrollment goals. Hire and train staff to ensure quality and safe instruction takes place. Teach & Mentor young athletes through the sport of tumbling Build long lasting relationships with families, and exceed parent expectations. We treat our members like family. Assist in the implementing of staff training and miscellaneous projects around the gym. Use of warp wall, Obstacles, Hanging, etc...
Requirements:
Must be able to physically lift/spot children. Must be able to read and follow a lesson plan. Must be a positive individual, with a passion for children and high energy. $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
