The ideal candidate has childhood development experiance (school or work) and a genuine love for working with young children and helping local families. Our teachers are what make our in home daycare a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. working 3 days a week Wed-Friday for the summer and moving to full time during the fall. Responsibilities Ensure the safety and well-being of all children 8 weeks to 5 years old in your care at all times. Maintain a fun, interactive space that is clean and organized. Make and record of daily snacks and meals. Assist with daily routines including diaper changes, play, crafts, and nap times. Administer first aid when necessary Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall daycare experience for children. Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Requirements Experience working with children in a daycare or child development classes required. be at least 16 years old and pass background check First aid and CPR certification. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
