No prior Montessori experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship as part of your onboarding. This role is an excellent entry point for anyone interested in building a meaningful career in education while working alongside experienced Montessori educators. As an Assistant Guide, you will help create a calm, respectful classroom environment where children can develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Your Responsibilities Support the Lead Guide in maintaining a peaceful, organized Montessori classroom Help prepare and maintain classroom materials and environment Assist children with daily routines while encouraging independence Observe children and support their social and emotional development Model respectful communication and positive interactions Collaborate with teaching teammates to ensure a consistent classroom experience Training & Growth Opportunities We invest in the future of our educators. Have a high school diploma or equivalent Enjoy working with young children Are patient, reliable, and caring Have strong teamwork and communication skills Pay attention to detail and enjoy organized environments Are eager to learn and grow professionally Bring a positive, supportive attitude to a team environment (Experience in childcare, education, or customer service is helpful but not required.)
