Whether leading engaging lessons or assisting classroom activities, your enthusiasm and dedication will help shape a positive learning experience for every child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, math skills, social-emotional growth, and physical development. Deliver dynamic lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental needs of children. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and inclusive environment conducive to learning. Assist in behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation among students. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, milestones, and any concerns. Follow mandated reporting laws and procedures to ensure child safety and welfare are prioritized at all times. Support children with special education needs through tailored instructional strategies and interventions. Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, child development instruction, and classroom best practices. Qualifications Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or toddler care environments. Knowledge of curriculum development, early intervention techniques, and childhood development principles. Familiarity with classroom management tools, behavior management strategies, and standardized testing processes. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to ensure safety during all activities. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to plan engaging lessons focused on literacy education, math fundamentals, physical education, and overall child welfare. Pay:
$14.00 - $19.00 per hour
