Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role is essential in fostering the development of students through effective teaching practices, classroom management, and individualized support. The Assistant Teacher will work closely with children, helping them to develop while promoting a love for learning. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development tailored to early childhood education. Support students in daily lessons Manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students. Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages children's growth and development. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Requirements Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including childhood development and behavior management strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Classroom management experience to maintain a positive learning environment. Commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all students and families.
