  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.
  • Responsibilities
  • Implement age-appropriate curriculum with the team to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of preschool-aged children
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
  • Conduct activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
  • Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
  • Maintain environment for children's outside all weather play.
  • Requirements
  • A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field experience preferred
  • Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or related fields
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
