- Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.
- Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum with the team to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Conduct activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
- Maintain environment for children's outside all weather play.
- Requirements
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field experience preferred
- Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or related fields
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
