Summary As a Lead Teacher at Creative Wonders Learning Center Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners. This position involves developing engaging curricula and fostering an inclusive classroom environment that supports the growth and development of every child. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with developmental standards. Lead classroom activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and learning. Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive and inclusive environment. Assess and document children's progress to tailor educational approaches accordingly. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home. Provide guidance and mentorship to assistant teachers and staff members. Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and health standards. Foster relationships with community resources to enhance educational opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Proven experience in curriculum development for early childhood education. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Experience working with students in diverse settings, including those with disabilities or autism is beneficial. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with parents, staff, and children. Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
