What We're Looking For A warm, positive, and reliable professional who enjoys working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers A team‑player who supports lead teachers and contributes to a nurturing classroom environment Someone who communicates well with children, families, and colleagues A candidate with a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is preferred. A candidate with at least 2 years of experience Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with daily routines, classroom activities, and supervision Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment Support children's social‑emotional development through positive interactions Collaborate with staff to uphold Blue Bird's high standards of care and professionalism Join us as an Assistant Teacher and be part of a dedicated team committed to inspiring young minds!
