You will support the Lead Teacher in caring for infants (6 weeks - 16 months) within a faith-centered, loving environment that promotes safety, growth, and early development. Duties Assist with feeding, diapering, and daily infant care routines Support age-appropriate developmental activities Help incorporate Christian values through songs, story time, and loving guidance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Ensure constant supervision and safety of all children Communicate daily updates with families Follow Virginia state licensing and health regulations Experience High School Diploma or GED required Experience in child care preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must meet Virginia licensing requirements Able to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with infants Supportive of the center's Christian mission and values Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our youngest learners!
