A Daycare Teacher/Teacher Assistant provides daily care, supervision, and early education to support the physical, social, and cognitive development of young children.
Daily Care and Supervision Basic Needs:
Assist children with feeding, snacks, diaper changing, potty training, and personal hygiene.Safety:
Monitor children constantly during indoor play, outdoor activities, and rest times to prevent injuries.Routines:
Establish predictable daily schedules that balance active play, quiet time, and meals. You will teach them important elements that they will encounter before and after they enter school life. A Teacher/Teacher Assistant must have a great love and patience for children. The goal is to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can more easily acclimate in the next level of education.Education:
High school diploma required; Child Development Associate (CDA) or Associate degree preferred.Credentials:
Valid CPR, First Aid, and state-mandated background clearances.Skills:
High physical stamina, patience, and clear verbal communication skills.YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience in Child Care CPR and First Aide Required Flexible Schedule!!!Pay:
