Job Description

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Behavior Technician / Behavior Interventionist - School-Based | Bristol, VT | $26-$30/hr ProCare Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician / Behavior Interventionist for a school-based position in Bristol, Vermont. This role provides an opportunity to support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and support professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings Implement behavior intervention plans and positive behavior support strategies Assist students in achieving social, emotional, and behavioral goals Collect and document behavioral data and student progress Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
Previous experience working with students with behavioral needs preferred School-based, ABA, mental health, or behavioral support experience is a plus Experience implementing behavior intervention strategies preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Passion for supporting students and promoting positive outcomes
Compensation & Benefits:
