We are seeking four dedicated paraprofessionals to join a committed team serving a high school caseload. Full-time positions are available, offering opportunities to make a meaningful impact by working closely with students facing mild to moderate needs. Ideal candidates are passionate about education and thrive in dynamic settings, working both 1:1 and with small groups. This contract opportunity allows you to work collaboratively in classroom settings alongside experienced educators, helping students succeed academically and socially.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required Prior paraprofessional experience in a school setting is highly valued Encouraging attitude and strong communication skills Comfort providing support in 1:1, small group, and classroom contexts Ability to foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to high school students with mild to moderate needs Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and modifying assignments as necessary Support students in both academic and social development, ensuring a nurturing learning environment Monitor progress, document observations, and collaborate with educators and families Maintain confidentiality while adhering to all school and legal guidelines Contribute to a collaborative, respectful atmosphere for students and colleagues Perks include working full-time within a dynamic educational team, the chance to develop professional skills, and the rewarding opportunity to make a difference in students' lives every day.
