Job Description
Chester-Andover Elementary School is seeking a paraprofessional educator for the 2026-2027 school year to work 1:1 with a student. The following are requirements of this dynamic position: Assist during teacher directed instructionMonitor students during independent or group activitiesPrepare curriculum materials with direction from the teacherMonitor student safety in a variety of settingsWork with students who are diverse learnersHelp students access curriculum, with supportHelp with student accommodations and modificationsSupport social interaction with studentsAny other duty assigned by the supervisor in supporting studentsThe ideal candidate should have a high level of energy and work well with all students. The hourly rate will be commensurate with education and experience as designated by the collective bargaining agreement ($19.50 - $27.10 per hour).
