Aug 17, 2026 Job Description Green Mountain Union High School is seeking a paraprofessional educator for the 2026-2027 school year. The following are requirements of this position: Assist during teacher directed instruction Monitor students during independent or group activities Prepare curriculum materials with direction from the teacher Monitor student safety in a variety of settings Work with students who are diverse learners Help students access curriculum, with support Help with student accommodations and modifications Support social interaction with students Any other duty assigned by the supervisor in supporting students The ideal candidate should have a high level of energy and work well with all students. The hourly rate will be commensurate with experience and based on the collective bargaining agreement ($17.35 - $21.35 per hour, currently under negotiations and is expected to increase). 48 college credits or taking the ParaPro exam is required.
