The available positions include Educational Support Professional (ESP) and Behavior Interventionist (BI) roles across various K-8 classrooms, so you can put your skills to good use where theyll make the biggest impact.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional, educational assistant, or in a similar support role Knowledge of effective classroom management and behavior intervention strategies Ability to collaborate with teachers and related service providers to deliver individualized support Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed Dependability, patience, and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting students one-on-one or in small groups to engage with lessons and complete assignments Supporting positive behavior and implementing intervention plans as directed by the teacher or team Contributing to a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Documenting student progress and communicating effectively with the instructional team Encouraging student independence and social-emotional growth Interviews are available in person next Wednesday morning, but alternate arrangements can be made if needed.
