9664287-05346 Job Description Take your education support experience to the next level in a contract role assisting students with individualized needs. Multiple full-time opportunities are available for dedicated paraprofessionals, starting as soon as possible and extending through the 2026-2027 school year.

Positions are open to support:

a first grader in a 1:1 setting, a seventh grader in a 1:1 setting, and a small high school group. Preferred candidates will have previous experience within a school environment and a commitment to helping students thrive academically and personally. Your compassion and adaptability will be valued as you make a daily difference.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience as a paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and families Organized, patient, and flexible in dynamic classroom settings Readiness to support students with varied academic and social-emotional needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized support for assigned students Assist the classroom teacher with lesson implementation and behavior management Support students academic engagement, social interaction, and skill development Prepare and adapt instructional materials as needed Monitor student progress and communicate updates to teaching staff and families In this role, youll enjoy highly competitive compensation paid weekly, along with access to comprehensive insuranceincluding medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.
