Job Description

Paraprofessional (IA 1:1) Mt. Mansfield UUSD Underhill, VT 05489 $18.69 - $25.44 an hour - Full-time $18.69 - $25.44 an hour - Full-time Underhill Central School is seeking full-time, energetic and caring Paraprofessional to work with a student in Grade 2. This position is responsible for providing 1:1 support to a student and working in groups with students to assist with Individualized Educational Program (IEP) services. In addition, paraprofessionals provide assistance to special educators and classroom teachers and perform a variety of supportive activities with a diverse population of students. Underhill Central School will provide job specific training. Qualified candidates should enjoy working with and engaging with students, have the ability to communicate effectively and work independently. Candidates must be reliable, have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand and/or walk for extended periods of time to support students.
