This rewarding full-time opportunity is available near Westminster, VT, supporting students across multiple grade levels in a dynamic school environment. There are immediate needs for three compassionate professionals: one to provide 1:1 support in a first-grade classroom, another to assist a seventh-grade student, and a third to facilitate small group support at the high school level. These contract positions span the entire 2026-2027 school year, starting as soon as possible.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional, especially in a school setting Ability to work one-on-one or in small group environments Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Adaptability to meet diverse student needs and adjust strategies A passion for empowering students to reach their full potential Responsible and reliable, with a commitment to consistency in attendance

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored classroom support for individual students and small groups Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and behavioral strategies Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the instructional team Support daily classroom functions and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
