Location:

Wilmington, VT Schedule:

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:00

PM Pay Rate:

$26/hr | W2, paid weekly every

Friday Contract:

Remainder of school year with potential renewal

Onboarding & Reimbursement:

Drug screen is prepaid by Bilingual Therapies Fingerprinting, TB test, and physical reimbursed in the second week of pay upon submission of receipts Licensure or certification costs required to start will be reimbursed

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students Assist with behavior support and classroom management Support students with academic tasks and daily routines Collaborate with teachers and special education staff Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED Preferred:

Experience working with children or students with special needs Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability

Caseload and Setting:

Primarily elementary level Must be open to supporting high school if needed 1:1 or small-group support based on student needs Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends

Note:
