Aug 17, 2026 Job Description Paraprofessional needed at Windsor Middle School. Must have strong academic and interpersonal skills. Must be able to successfully work with students of varying abilities. Must be an excellent communicator, must demonstrate patience and a desire to work with youngsters with intensive needs. Must demonstrate flexibility and teamwork. (new applicants) Must have an associates degree or college credits equal to an associates degree. Applicants without an associate's degree (or equivalent credits) will be considered but must pass the basic skills assessment given by the WSESU.
