Job Description
As part of The City of Winooski's state-licensed Thrive After School and Summer Program, and under the general direction of the Thrive Program Director, the Thrive Program Assistant Director will lead the design and delivery of age-appropriate, interest-driven enrichment activities and will serve as the on-site program lead when the Program Director is off-site. The Assistant Director will also work collaboratively with other staff to provide school-age children (grades K - 5) in Winooski with a safe, enriching out-of-school experience throughout the year, including maintaining a safe environment that complies with State licensing regulations, both on-site at the Winooski School District and throughout the community.
