- $22 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Classroom management First aid Working with children Full Job Description Gardenview Montessori School is hiring an assistant teacher for our summer camp.
The ideal candidate will:
- be kind and nurturing to young children
- be patient and understanding of individual needs of children
- be willing to help keep classroom clean and organized
- prepare and maintain the classroom and materials under the direction of the Lead Teacher
- be able to work closely with others
- be able to prepare snack
- be dependable and reliable for the assigned shift
- be able to supervise children at all times to ensure their safety
- be comfortable helping children in the bathroom if they need assistance
- be 18 or older Experience working with children is required. Montessori experience is not necessary, but is a bonus!
