Assistant Teacher West View Campus | BoysGirls Clubs of Skagit County 25-29 hours/week | $21.65-$22.97 DOE/DOQ The moments that shape a child's future aren't always the big ones. Sometimes they're reading the same story for the tenth time. Helping little hands build a tower that keeps falling over. Celebrating when a child finally zips their own coat or proudly writes the first letter of their name. Those are the moments that matter. At BoysGirls Clubs of Skagit County, we're looking for an Assistant Teacher who believes every child deserves a safe, encouraging place to learn, explore, and grow. At West View, you'll partner with a Lead Teacher to create a classroom where curiosity is welcomed, kindness is modeled, and children build confidence through play, discovery, and meaningful relationships. We're looking for someone who brings patience, warmth, and positive energy each day. Experience working with young children is a plus, but what matters most is a genuine passion for helping children thrive and a willingness to learn. Because our classrooms serve families throughout the day, we're looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday and is flexible to work opening or closing shifts. We'll provide the training and support to help you succeed. If you're ready to spend your days encouraging curiosity, celebrating milestones, and helping children discover what they're capable of, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and become part of a team that's helping shape the next generation-one child, one smile, and one unforgettable moment at a time.
